Summer of Love City

This street scene (a Sunday at the Tams Tams) is today's blog. The objective was to transform the image into a 'woodstocky' type scene. The crowd provided the subject and a scenario. The 18mm focal provided the wide angle perspective. The 'contre-jour' created the highlighting of the people which adds much needed mood. Add to this a washed out black and white post production treatment and you get what seems to be a staged shot

Cette scène de rue (un dimanche au Tams Tams) est le blogue du jour. L'objectif était de transformer l'image en une scène du type 'woodstock'. La foule a fourni le sujet et le scénario. La focale 18mm a fourni la perspective en grand angle. Le contre-jour a créé l'éclat de lumière sur les fêtards ce qui a fourni une ambiance. Ajoutez à ceci un traitement monochrome à contrastes faibles et vous obtenez une photographie qui semble mise en scène.
