Tunnels (recomposed)

Our newest Blog speaks of tunnel Photography ; one of our favorite subjects for our fine art work. We haven’t Photographed any tunnels in almost a year (except for our Goblin Tunnel experimental project) http://convozine.com/fotoiso3200/sections/19254-the-goblin-tunnel. Montreal is a gold mine for tunnels : the city has more than 40km of foot tunnels, 70km of metro tunnels and about 30km of road tunnels. Tunnels, with their long lead in lines and their longitudinal or spot lighting, represent fabulous opportunities for striking surreal image creation. Choice of lens and focal will play much in the results of ambiance and style in your tunnel shots. Composition is more difficult because of limited possibilities, on the other hand, perspective is prime to achieve creativity in tunnel Photography. The three most important camera settings to achieve effects or exact representation of the subject in tunnel shoots is exposure, aperture and white balance settings. You can create whole new worlds if you master these.
