Pro work for good causes / Relève en Folies

Good causes to advance is today's Blog. Many non-profit organizations find themselves needing pro-Photography to promote their events and activities to advance their cause. That is where pro-Photographers can step in, perform and offer the work for free to the organization in a gesture of kindness to contribute to the cause. By doing so, the Photographer will score several positive advancement for himself and his own career as a pay for his work and expertise. Brand image, exposure and networking are just as important as revenue. As a matter of fact, contributing for free to good social causes will create revenue in the long term by building a name for yourself.

Donating time, expertise and volunteer work as a Photographer periodically to well chosen causes creates a win, win, win situation. The organization will benefit from the work, the community will benefit from the advancement of the cause and last but not least the Photographer will  enhance his brand image, experience and exposure. A no-brainer really. So pick your cause, pick up your equipment and produce the needed images ; everyone wins.

Here, four images from a lot of 22 images we have created by showcasing mural and graffiti works done by young Montreal artists taken under the Relève en Folies'organization's wing. We have donated the work to support the cause of youth integration and education - http://www.releveenfolies.com/index.cfm
